Jingle Bells, Batman Smells, Robin laid an egg.
Do you have certain Christmas songs that you just can't sing the right way since you learned the kid version when you were little?
You can imagine how the "Dirty Christmas Carols" cassette tape my friend gave me in college has warped my mind. Man, that thing was filthy.
I apologize that the other night I posted on the POTD thread but did not get around to comment. My internet connection was super sloooooow for a couple of days.

Didn't know that version of Jingle Bells!! ;) Love the bells - so beautiful and so cheery! Are they big?
Bat mobile lost it's wheel and Joker got away...LOL.
LOVE this shot and I love the jingle bells to!
Cari
what's sad is that my kids are singing them now. Ugh. The colors of the bells are just beautiful.
LOL. I can only imagine what the dirty Christmas Carols CD is like ;) Love this photo, it is perfection!
Thank goodness I don't know the rest of that version or it would be going through my mind all night! Love this shot, Becky. Those are really cool bells.
Gorgeous!!
Nice balls. ;)
I love the colors in your photo...so rich!
love this photo! so perfect. you should use it as a card some time.
My family had the "hillbilly" version of that song apparently, I never heard the batman smells version- ours started out "Jingle bells, shotgun shells, granny laid an egg..." And you seriously don't want to know the rest! ROFL! :p
LOVE this shot, the simplicity of it is really stunning!
This pic would love PERFECT on the front of a card!
Ah, yes. I remember the "Batman smells" version. Somehow my kids have learned it, too. Of course not from me!! :) That bell shot is lovely!
Hehe...I'm going to have my hubby look up "Dirty Christmas Carols" on iTunes and listen! :) Love your bells-they're beautiful!
Hahaha...I totally know what you mean. But I have never heard of this dirty ditty Christmas CD and Oh YES, I am going to find it, and play it after the girls go to bed at night (don't want to corrupt them TOO early. ;)
Uh oh, you KNOW you're getting this song stuck now in our brain "jingle-channels" and it won't get out !
Very nice composition of the bells, and nice clarity.
Lately, I keep thinking that I'll be able to comment, no problem. . . and then life has been waysiding me. (I feel like a double-dipper!) but hope to be on track soon. I think you deserve some "slack-time" credits in POTD. . . . you ALWAYS comment, and so nicely, too!
