Pumpkins and Gourds

Taken at the local farm stand where I buy my pumpkins and gourds (where my cheater photo from yesterday was taken, but these are new ones). The pickings weren't as good this year. The farmer said it was a poor year for pumpkins.

I can't resist posting another one of my favorites from last fall:

Gorgeous shots, Becky! I love harvest time. That last pumpkin shot is sooo cool; love the DOF on that. Our local pumpkin patch had a bad year because the elk sampled almost all the pumpkins. Want one with a bite out of it??

Cool shots, love all of the fall colors! My favorite shot is the fourth one, it draws me in! Those flowers in the last one look like loofah sponges!!! :)

These are beautiful, especially the last one! I wondered what that scream was that I heard outside earlier. . . but I thought it was some OTHER sports fanatic! MMMMmmmmm a chocolate train. . . . In Napa Valley they have wine tasting trains. . . .wouldn't a combination of the two be just about perfection on wheels?

Hi! The prize was just for two, so only Allyson and me. I feel badly for Anika, but she's a happy-go-lucky kid and not fazed. We're going to go to American Girl Place and bring her home some goodies!!!!
