Just some "wildlife" snapshots from my quiet day-
My little chickadee:I love feeding the birds, but this little b*&#$%d is always stealing all the food:
And he makes me mad, but he makes Baxter absolutely bananas, standing on the other side of the glass taunting him until I let him out to chase him. This just cracked me up because his ears look like Don King's hair:
And then I saw some footprints while out on my walk. These things were huge! I think there's a pterodactyl on the loose, or maybe someone was just trying to point me into the snowbank with a bunch of arrows. Just a turkey, but these were the biggest turkey tracks I ever saw.

Wow, I love the one with the bird. You captured those wings perfectly! What were your settings and did you use a tripod?
You have some cool wildlife shots here. That little chipmunk/squirrel/whatever is too cute! Sorry he steals all the food, but wow, he's cute! LOL about your pterodactyl, too!
These are great and I lOVE the one of your dog that is great!

You have taken some beautiful photos. I especially enjoyed the bird. It seems strange to see the snow - we haven't really had any this year.
Best wishes from England :o)
Oh those little footprints are so great! That little squirrel makes me smile.
AWESOME shot of the chickadee! I cannot believe you got him in mid-flight/landing. And the picture of Baxter had me cracking up, even before I read the Don King comment. You really did great getting action shots today!
I loved your flower from yesterday. I checked it out from school but didn't have time to comment, I was supposed to be typing up notes. :D
AWESOME! I love these shots!
What a fun day you had! That squirrel looked kind of cute. But then again, I haven't seen one in my yards since we moved down here. We had a bunny then hawk got him.
Baxter is hilarious!
those ears just crack me up!!! hilarious. i'm not fond of the squirrels either...if he's climbing the pole put vaseline on it and he won't be able to anymore. hehe. plus its funny to watch 'em slip. :)
I love those. The tracks are my favorite! I can't wait for spring when I can try to get some hummingbird photos!
Nahhhh, I'm pretty sure those are JIMMY NEUTRON's footprints, Becky, you michievious imp, you! (now, these comments are going to make sense to ANYONE, unless they read your comments on my blog! LOL!) Messin' with my mind like that! You've got practically a whole food chain going here in these photos, and you caught delightful moments for each of them!
Becky, I pointed out to my husband that you asked if I was married to jimmy Neutron, and he said he knew who that was! Then I told him that on Wikipedia, it said it was a character who has an IQ of 210 and lives in Retroville. So he of course thinks this totally reflects on him and is happily strutting around now! Men! (*sigh*)
As usuall you have me LOL making my famiy think I am truly nuts. The one of Baxter is to funny.
That "Don King" photo is funny. I have a "Don King" photo too, but it's of my dd as a newborn. (She had lots of hair and bad bedhead.)
That last one is cool!!!! Great job!
Love love the one of your dog running!! Too cute! And thanks fellow anxiety sufferer - thanks for your kind words on my blog!! Feeling better today!!

I always love reading your journaling... you crack me up! I busted up laughing at the pterodactyle tracks... and at the "Don King" hair! ROFLMAO!
Lovely images. I have to know how close you were and how long it took you to get them to come back to the feeder. I want to do this at my in-laws. Love the dog shot!!
Lovely shots!! I love the wildlife. The little bird tracks are great too!
How did you get such a wonderful shot of the chickadee still flapping its wings! So awesome. And what is up with those footprints, girl...I would so be calling animal control if I thought a bird that big was in my hard. LOL. Just kidding. (Kind of)
Nice!
