A photo (or more) a day from me/from Maine. Because it's both. I took the photo, and I'm in Maine. Although sometimes I leave the state, so the photo might not be from Maine. But it's still from me.

All baseball all the time
Basically the only thing I've been shooting all week is baseball and softball.
Canon 40D with 70-300mm lens at 70mm Tv mode F4.0 SS1/1000 ISO640 Custom White Balance Sepia action and Leah's texture applied
Oh gosh, I hope you're okay with me putting this here. I don't know how else to get it to you. I tried to do one of those peamail messages and it wouldn't let me copy/paste! This is from my sister, I just noticed that she wrote to you on my blog comments. ----------------

becky--to answer one of your questions, i'm amy's sister and i'm vegetarian too! i think we converted around the same time. i was 13. amy was 20? our cousin naomi is vegetarian too.
for me, i always hated to eat meat. might have been growing up loving animals, in a rural environment where it wasn't unusual to know the name of the animal you were eating. i longed for the day i could convince my dad it wouldn't stunt my growth. ask amy--it sure hasn't!
that's a very cooL shot! i probably won't ever truly experience this with baseball as my girls aren't that into it, except to play catch in our backyard!!! but i LOVE this shot! tara

That color and texture is wonderful! I love it. It should be on a poster or program for a team. Very nice!
