A photo (or more) a day from me/from Maine. Because it's both. I took the photo, and I'm in Maine. Although sometimes I leave the state, so the photo might not be from Maine. But it's still from me.

Happy St. Patrick's Day
DH says thanks for all the comments on his photos! (I think he may have blushed a little.)
Baxter is going to end animal week and kick off St. Patrick's Day/green week.
Awwww, what a good sport! What a beautiful face, under those shamrock lenses! Your husband did do a great job on those hot air balloon photos! Nice, vibrant, colors. . .
Oh my word! That is such a riot. I really love this awesome photo, and the fact that you got the dog to even wear those things speaks volumes for you both.
Baxter must be the best dog ever! My dogs would never keep anything on their heads long enough for me to get a photo. Thanks for a chuckle for St. Patricks Day.
Very cute and fun! I don't think my dog would have kept them on long enough for a picture! To answer your gymnastics/lens/setting questions: I've been using a 300mm zoom lens (with stabilizer). Generally keep it at f5.6 I've stuck to Av mode for simplicity sake so am not sure of shutter speed but ISO at 1600. Using RAW and custom white balance. Hope that helps! I'm sure people are getting sick of my gymnastics photos - good thing the season is almost over! :)
