Words from a love song

Words from one of my favorite dorky love songs. CC definitely appreciated. I've put up the SOOC shot too in case you have suggestions for some other and better way to process this photo. Thanks as always for looking!

    So what song is this? it sounds familiar, just can't put my finger on it. Not sure which one is SOOC but I like the first one better, it seems warmer.

    I like the PPing you did but I am impressed with the SOOC shot. The DOF is really nice, and you still highlighted just those few lines. Impressive.
    I think to PP the second shot without dramatically changing the crop a nice coffee colored, antiquey filter or texture would be perfect.
