A real bird today...and a focused dog

Today I have a picture of a real bird. The easy thing about chickadees is that they're not shy and come close enough for you to take their picture. The hard thing about chickadees is that they never perch in one place for long, so you're always shooting a moving target. I'm not happy with the focus on this chickadee photo, but I wanted to show what Baxter is so focused on in the next picture.

    I first saw the picture of the bird and was like "He should be the Burberry Bird"...perfect colors!!!

    Oh, now that's a fun take on the theme...through a dogs eyes. Someone last year did a whole week through her dogs eyes and it was so entertaining.

    Olan Mills pictures are funny. My dog Lucky so looks like yours. And yes he focuses like that on birds

    Not sure how I missed your blog this day, :-( so I am commenting now. I love Chickadees and they are quick. Nice job capturing it. Your dog is so pretty and Baxter is a cute name.
