This is an afghan I just made for my mother's birthday next week. It measures about 30 x 60 inches, and I made it in about 8 hours--and I'm a VERY slow knitter. The trick was I used ginormous needles in size 50, which aren't pictured here because they're big, plastic, and ugly. I put pretty wooden ones in for the picture.
Shot with DRebel XT 24-70mm/2.8L lens at 42 mm in AV mode at F6.3 ISO 200 SS1/60. HHCC welcome--really, I can take it!
Oh I really like this photo...the light is great!
