Hyacinth

Grape hyacinth. I liked the way it looked against the rock. It was just a little thing about six inches tall. If these are grape hyacinth, what kind are the ones we get at Easter that have open petals?

  5. Oh, this is an especially nice composition. Your colors pop. I know what a dwarf this plant is, and yet you got right down to get the perfect shot; great focus, DOF. ML

  15. Nice, Becky! Great color and detail. YOu had to get way down to get this perspective. The rock is a perfect backdrop. And, the ones you see at Easter are hyacinths, as opposed to these-- GRAPE hyacinths. Confused??

And, your cows are so cute...you seem to have a way with animal photos! Thanks for clarifying on the kayak. :) You'll have to get some action shots one day.
